A World-Class Pianist Who Makes You Feel Right at Home
Natasha C. Miller is not your typical piano teacher. With over 25 years of teaching experience, an international competition win in Archangelsk, Russia, a President's Award for Best Performer at Stephen F. Austin University in Texas, and a decade spent as Piano Preparatory Director at Centenary College of Louisiana — she brings a level of musical depth and professional polish that is genuinely rare. And yet, the moment you sit down with Natasha, what strikes you most is how completely at ease she makes you feel.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Piano Pedagogy, Piano Performance, and Music Education from Archangelsk Pedagogical College in Russia, with additional study in piano pedagogy, performance, and music theory at both Centenary College of Louisiana and Stephen F. Austin University. She has performed with the Broadmoor Baptist Church Orchestra, founded the Pianist Academy with locations in Shreveport and Baton Rouge, and now teaches students online across the entire United States — while continuing to serve her private studio students in both cities. Her award-winning students have earned numerous first-place recognitions in local piano festivals and competitions. Those who know her say it best: Natasha is not only a gifted pianist, composer, and teacher — she is a kind, encouraging person whose students love her and thrive under her professional guidance.
At The Pianist Academy, you will find a no-stress, non-judgmental environment where the curriculum is carefully chosen to fit your musical taste, your schedule, and your life. Whether you dream of playing classical repertoire, contemporary worship music, or hymns — Natasha will meet you exactly where you are. Women are especially welcome here, and Natasha wants every prospective student to know: it is never too late to begin.
