What does a typical piano lesson with Natasha include?

Each lesson is thoughtfully structured to include a blend of music theory, technical skills, carefully selected repertoire, and — when appropriate — beginner improvisation. Natasha draws from the Faber method as well as classical, contemporary, hymn, and worship repertoire, always choosing music that fits your personal taste and goals.

Do I need to attend recitals or masterclasses?

Recitals are encouraged and celebrated at Pianogems, but they are never mandatory. Natasha believes that every student's comfort comes first. Group masterclasses are offered as a wonderful community experience, and students are warmly invited — but never required — to participate.

All you need is a reliable internet connection and your piano or keyboard. What lesson lengths are available, and how do I choose the right one?

Natasha offers 30, 45, and 60-minute lessons to accommodate different ages, goals, and schedules. During your initial consultation, Natasha will help you decide which length is the best fit based on your experience level and what you'd like to achieve. Many busy adults find 45-minute lessons to be the perfect balance of depth and manageability.
